We have a no return policy on all orders due to the nature of stock ordering.
If you change your mind and want a different colour from the one you ordered please contact us at info@thehatbarnt.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Due to shipping and movement in the boxes, custom order hats may have slight breakage on flowers or leaves. We do everything in our power to pack all our orders so that movement is minimal.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Workshop bookings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item or gift cards.
