The Hat Bar NT offer Pick up locally in Darwin or ship anywhere in Australia. 

Your items will be shipped out within 14 business the day after receiving the order.

You will receive your tracking number when your order has been full-filled if you pop your email address in the order, please check your junk/spam folder too. 

The Hat Bar NT takes no responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by Australia Post or their affiliates.

We offer $3 shipping protection that follow Australia Post Terms & Conditions. If your order is over $100 we highly recommend you choose this option, as we don't take responsibility for loss or damage from Australia Post.

International Shipping typically takes 7-14 days to arrive excluding any time for customs entry. 

  • International Express + No Signature - $22 - no insurance, no signature required at time of delivery
  • International Express + Signature - $30 - no insurance, signature required at time of delivery
TAXES, IMPORT AND DUTY FEES

The Hat Bar NT is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or “sample” to lessen duty charges.

I think my order is lost with Australia Post.
Oh no! The best way to deal with this is to directly contact the courier as they will have further information.
